HCSE was notified by the client that he was red tagged. HCSE than conducted a thorough investigation of the existing residence to address the concerns of the red tag. Ultimately the remodel consisted of a seismic retrofit of the existing structure, relocating interior walls, and a rear addition with a sunroom on the top story.
HCSE provided full design and structural engineering services for a new garage addition. The main concern was the ability to build the addition and maintain the aesthetic of the existing structure. With the use of BIM, HCSE was able to provide a detailed model that provided just that.
HCSE was notified by the client that there has been long term water damaged to the building that was originally constructed in 1997. HCSE conducted an investigation and interviewed many of the tenants to understand the extent of damage and the most probable causes related to the observed damage.
HCSE created a BIM model for the remodel of the Hassur residence. The owner was able to see firsthand how the remodel would aesthetically look once completed.
